Nick Senzel Remains In Triple-A Despite Reds Slow Start
7 years agoCincinnati Reds third baseman Nick Senzel remains in Triple-A Louisville, despite the big league club's dreadful 2-11 start to the season. The Reds have scored the second-least amount of runs in the National League this season and their starting third basemen are just 1-for-25 at the plate since Eugenio Suarez broke his thumb. Despite these issues, the Reds remain patient with Senzel, their top prospect and the No. 7 overall prospect in all of MLB, according to Baseball America. The prized prospect is batting .233 with one homer in 10 games at Triple-A. Senzel should be in the majors soon enough and is worth stashing in all formats, as he has the ability to be an impact bat for your fantasy team.
