6 years agoThe Cincinnati Reds organization was dealt a blow on Saturday when they found that they have lost top prospect Nick Senzel (finger) for the remainder of the season. Senzel tore a tendon in his right index finger on Friday while playing for the Triple-A Louisville Bats. Senzel played 44 games with Louisville in 2018, posting a .310 average, six homers, 25 RBI, and eight steals. Senzel was on track to make his MLB debut at some point during the 2018 season but instead will go for season-ending surgery on the finger. His MLB debut will have to wait until 2019.--Matt T - RotoBaller
