6 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Nick Tropeano (shoulder) will be throwing a 60-pitch rehab start for Inland Empire on Saturday. If all goes well, he will likely make one more rehab start before being ready to rejoin the rotation sometime in mid-July. Tropeano's return will be a welcome one for the Angels, who have dealt with a myriad of injuries to their starting rotation. Tropeano has a 4.83 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP on the year, with 44 strikeouts. He is a streaming option in deeper leagues, but nothing more.--patton
