Nick Westbrook-Ikhine To Have Bigger Role?
3 years agoTennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine became more comfortable as a route-runner and pass-catcher as the season progressed last year, and he believes he's ticketed for a bigger role in 2022 after the team traded A.J. Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles and released Julio Jones. Westbrook-Ikhine's 38 catches last year was second behind Brown's 63. He was also second on the team in receiving yards with 476 and finished second with four touchdowns. Robert Woods will now be the team's No. 1 receiver, but Westbrook-Ikhine will be competing for targets with rookies Treylon Burks (a first-rounder) and Kyle Philips. Westbrook-Ikhine could have more opportunities, but fantasy managers need to remember that this is a run-first offense.
