Nikita Kucherov Stays Hot In Home Win
6 years agoTampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov posted a power-play goal with an assist and a plus-1 rating across 23:11 of ice time in Saturday's 3-0 home win against the Montreal Canadiens. The goal on the man advantage was the 50th of his career, helping him move into sole possession of fourth place on the franchise's all-time power-play goals list ahead of Brad Richards. The 25-year-old All-Star has been going bonkers lately, posting five goals with 13 points and a plus-4 rating during his four-game goals-scoring and point streak. He'll try to keep it going Monday in Columbus. He has a goal and an assist in each of his first two games against the Blue Jackets this season.
