5 years agoThe San Francisco 49ers cut tight end Niles Paul on Friday. With stud tight end George Kittle and rookie Kaden Smith in the fold, the Niners opted to waive the veteran and sign free-agent tight end Daniel Helm instead. Paul will likely get another shot with an NFL team but he’s miles from fantasy relevance. The eight-year pro hasn’t surpassed 100 receiving yards in any season since 2014, when he totaled 507 yards with the Washington Redskins.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
