5 years agoColorado Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado left Wednesday's game early after getting beaned in the left arm by Cubs starter Cole Hamels. Manager Bud Black told reporters that the X-rays didn't show any "significant damage," which seems vague, likely meaning that there's a minor issue. Arenado likely avoided a major injury, but we shouldn't rule out a possible IL stint at this point.
