2 years agoWashington Commanders star pass-rusher Chase Young (knee) has returned to the team's practice facilities to continue rehabbing a torn ACL in his right knee, and the 2020 Defensive Rookie of the Year is unsure when he'll be able to return to the field. He remains on track in his recovery, but he isn't taking part in the team's voluntary organized team activities. There's no real rush for Young, and the season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1 will mark roughly 11 months since Young injured his knee. "Everything is going as planned," Young said. "I'm happy where I'm at, and I'm confident on everything I'm doing going forward." The 23-year-old former second overall pick had just 1.5 sacks in nine games before his devastating knee injury, so those in IDP formats might not want to overspend on the talented pass-rusher coming off a major injury.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
