2 years agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Noah Syndergaard pitched well but took the loss in Monday's 1-0 game against the Red Sox. Thor pitched 6 innings, allowing a single run on five hits and a walk with three strikeouts. He has compiled a respectable 4-4 record with a 3.69 ERA over his first nine starts and 46 1/3 IP. However, his K/9 rate is currently at a career-low 5.83 K/9. Hopefully, he can continue to pitch well and rack up some more strikeouts to help fantasy managers out. That may be difficult to do in his next start against the Mets.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
