3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals' third baseman Nolan Arenado was in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks and is appealing his two-game suspension. He was suspended two games for his role in Wednesday's bench-clearing altercation with the New York Mets. The 31-year-old will remain in the lineup while he appeals his suspension. He is off to a great start in 2022, slashing .375/.452/.703 with five home runs, 17 RBI, and 11 runs scored over 17 games.
