Nolan Gorman Hits Three Homers, Is A Must-Have Dynasty Target

3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals prospect Nolan Gorman is on a massive hot streak. The 21-year-old third baseman went 3-for-4 with three home runs and a walk on Saturday. Gorman's calling card has always been his power — even going back to his amateur days in high school. Selected 19th overall in 2018 because of his raw strength, he flexed his home-run muscle over his first two pro seasons but then opened 2021 with just three home runs in the first month of the season while showing a much improved all-around game that has helped him hit .328. Over the last five games, though, Gorman has gone 13-for-26 (.500) with seven home runs. His BB-K ratio over that time was an excellent 5-7.
