2 years agoCleveland Guardians third baseman/outfielder Nolan Jones was called up Friday and is set to make his MLB debut. Jones has been a highly regarded prospect in the past, but dropped out of the top 100 after a mediocre 2021 campaign. He seems to have found his game this year, though, hitting for a monster .311/.417/.500 slash line to go along with three homers and four steals in 108 plate appearances. There is no rush to go out and add him in most leagues, but keep an eye on him. Richie Palacios was optioned to the minors to make room for Jones.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
