7 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Nomar Mazara (thumb) will not come off the disabled list until sometime next week, and his rehab plan could last through Thursday. He went 1-for-2 with a single and a strikeout in five innings in right field for Triple-A Round Rock on Thursday. Mazara has been out since July 14. He's useful in most formats with his .272 average, 15 home runs and 58 RBI. He'll return to an everyday role in the outfield when he's ready.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
