3 years agoWith the clock ticking before Thursday's first round of the NFL draft, all is quiet on the Deebo Samuel front for the San Francisco 49ers. One phone call could change everything, but as of right now, nothing is currently imminent for the Pro Bowl wide receiver. Earlier this week, general manager John Lynch said he "can't ever imagine wanting to move on from Deebo Samuel." Not only would any Samuel trade require a huge return, the team that trades for him would then need to sign him to a hefty contract extension. The 26-year-old is one of the most dynamic offensive players as a pass-catcher and a runner in the NFL, and no matter where he's playing in 2022, he'll be one of the first receivers off the board in fantasy drafts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
