O.J. Howard Dazzles Sunday
6 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard continued to shine in 2018 with a great game against the Eagles on Sunday. Howard ripped off a massive 75-yard touchdown catch-and-run which padded his stats quite nicely for the day. He finished Sunday off with three catches on four targets for 96 yards and a score. Howard does not exactly get an ideal target share, but he does the most with what he sees. On just two targets the week prior, Howard managed to accumulate 54 yards. Howard's efficiency won't hold up all season. However, we are getting a glimpse at the kind of player he could be going forward. There is legitimate TE1 potential here. Even if it doesn't come this year, the former first-round pick should establish himself sooner than later.
