Odell Beckham Jr. Could Play Monday Night Against The 49ers
3 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. "hopes and plans" to play Monday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers. The former Cleveland Brown signed a one-year deal with the Rams worth up to $4.25 million on Thursday. He struggled mightily with Cleveland this season, hauling in 17-of-34 targets for 232 yards over six games. The 29-year-old joins an explosive offense that includes the NFL's leading receiver Cooper Kupp (74-1,019-10), wideouts Robert Woods and Van Jefferson. OBJ could make his debut with the Rams on Monday, but fantasy managers should take a wait-and-see approach before inserting him into their starting lineups for Week 10. If active, Beckham Jr. is a flex play at best for Monday's game as it's unclear what his offensive role will be with his new team.
