Odubel Herrera Reaches Three Times In Win Versus Nationals
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Odubel Herrera went 2-for-3 with a walk, an RBI, and a run scored to help the Phillies complete a sweep of the Nationals on Thursday. Herrera has been struggling lately and his on-base percentage is down below .300, so he badly needed a game like this which included belting a double in the ninth to start a four-run rally off of Washington closer Kyle Finnegan. On the season, Herrera is batting just .244 and his .389 slugging percentage is well below what fantasy managers need from a starting outfielder. Herrera doesn't have much use in fantasy at the moment aside from NL-Only formats or very deep leagues.
