Odubel Herrera Reaches Twice, Steals A Base
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Odubel Herrera went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in a 6-0 loss to the Marlins on Thursday. Herrera batted in the two-hole for the first time this season as he's settled into the center field role for Philly. Herrera is making solid contact as he's batting .273 thus far while posting a solid 16:8 K:BB. He's not producing much in the power department, but that could change soon based on his quality of contact. Herrera is sporting a 38.6 percent hard-hit rate and has a .330 wOBA, his highest mark since 2016. He'll look to stay hot in a weekend series with the Red Sox. Fantasy managers looking for outfield help can certainly pick-up and start Herrera for those matchups.
