2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers catcher Omar Narvaez (quad) is roughly a week away from beginning a rehab assignment, according to manager Craig Counsell. The 30-year-old has been sidelined since August 4 due to a left quad strain. The expectation is that he'll report to Triple-A Nashville within the next week. He should only need a few games before he's ready to return to the big league roster. Victor Caratini should continue to be the primary catcher in Milwaukee until Narvaez is ready to return.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
