2 years agoPittsburgh Pirates shortstop Oneil Cruz continued to awe in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Nationals, going 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a strikeout. Cruz hit a laser off of a fifth-inning Erick Fedde off-speed pitch over the right-center field wall for his first HR of the season. The 23-year-old has flashed some skills that fantasy managers have been waiting for since getting called up, slashing .250/.250/.438 with eight RBI and a stolen base through 32 plate appearances.
