Orioles Activate John Means For Thursday's Start
4 years agoThe Baltimore Orioles activated starting pitcher John Means (arm) for Thursday's season debut against the New York Yankees. Means was scratched from his first start due to arm fatigue but is ready to face the fearsome Yankees lineup. The 26-year-old pitched 155 innings last year as a rookie with a solid 3.60 ERA and 121 strikeouts to only 38 walks. While he's a decent pitcher in real life, he's probably best avoided in fantasy due to an undesirable home run rate. Needless to say, it's not a great matchup for him tonight against the Yankees.
