Orlando Arcia Still Cannot Figure Out Hitting Struggles
6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers shortstop Orlando Arcia went 0-for-3 once again in the 1-0 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday. In Arcia's last seven games, he's now rocking a .095 batting average with no walks, no home runs, two runs and two RBI in 21 at-bats. This is a similar story to last month for Arcia, as he hit for a .189 batting average in April compared to his .212 average in May. On the year, he's now batting .199 with a measly .517 OPS. At this point, his potential upside is not worth a spot in shallow formats and he should not be started in any formats until he can string together a couple of good starts. He may also lose some time to Tyler Saladino, who has started quite excellently with the Brewers.
