2 years agoKansas City Chiefs left tackle Orlando Brown will not report to training camp on Monday, which was the expected outcome after he couldn't come to a contract extension with the team this summer. Brown isn't expected to be at training camp with the Chiefs in St. Joseph, MO, anytime soon. He hasn't signed his franchise tag yet, so he won't be subject to fines for missing training camp practices. The Chiefs offered the 26-year-old a deal that would've been more than San Francisco 49ers' star left tackle Trent Williams' six-year, $138 million deal, but Brown turned it down due to security and structuring issues. After being acquired from the Baltimore Ravens, Brown stepped in immediately last year and was a rock on quarterback Patrick Mahomes' blind side.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
