5 years agoIn a season that has been filled with mostly depressing news for their team, the Baltimore Orioles selected catch Adley Rutschman with the first overall pick in the 2019 MLB Draft on Monday. Rutschman was widely regarded as the top talent in the draft and one of the top talents in some time. The Oregon State product posted a .411/.575/.751 slash line with 17 home runs, 76 walks and 38 strikeouts in 57 games this season. This news holds little fantasy value for now, but Rutschman will be a huge dynasty target come next season.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
