Yet, there hasn't been any news regarding whether or not Las Vegas will actually offer him a contract. However, there have been rumblings that other teams were interested in Kaepernick before Wednesday's workout. The latest update seemingly keeps the door open for a return, even if the veteran doesn't ink a deal with Vegas . Still, if he's fortunate to sign with a team ahead of the 2022 season, he'll likely have an uphill battle for a starting gig.
