4 years agoAtlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies went 1-for-5 with a triple, a walk and a run scored in an 8-7 win over the Phillies. Albies saw his 10-game hitting streak get snapped on Friday, but he continues to hit the ball well as he is slashing .319/.396/.596 with two home runs, one steal, five RBI and 10 runs scored over his last 12 games. This is the performance managers have been waiting for after his early season struggles in which he slashed .164/.256/.373 over his first 19 games. This may be the last chance managers will have at any attempt to buy-low on Albies before his numbers bounce back up to where many expected they would be.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
