3 years agoThe Green Bay Packers are interested in trading for a tight end ahead of Tuesday's trade deadline after losing Robert Tonyan (knee) for the remainder of the season. New York Giants tight end Evan Engram is a name that has popped up and the Packers would make a lot of sense as a landing spot for the 27-year-old. Engram has played in six games this season, totaling 23 receptions for 186 yards and a touchdown. His role in the Giants offense has been fairly limited, so a change of scenery with one of the league's best quarterbacks would boost his fantasy value significantly if he is to be moved to the Packers. Considering how thin the position is, he could make his way into low-end TE1 territory playing the Tonyan role in the Aaron Rodgers-led offense.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
