5 years agoThe Carolina Panthers are open to dealing wide receiver Curtis Samuel, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. The 2017 second-round pick has had a modest three-season tenure in Carolina, compiling 108 receptions, 1,236 yards and 11 touchdowns in 38 games played. With the addition of former Jets WR Robby Anderson and the presence of 2018 first-round pick D.J. Moore, Carolina may entertain offers for a potential Samuel trade, considering he would be third on the receiver depth chart heading into 2020. No favorite has emerged to trade for Samuel, and it will likely take a very stellar offer for the team to trade the Ohio State product. The 23-year-old's fantasy value is not very high if he remains on the Panthers, but it could see an uptick depending on if he is traded to a team lacking wide receiver talent.--Rishi Patel - RotoBaller
