2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth will open up his 2022 season in a road matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. The second-year tight end impressed in 2021 as a rookie, catching 60 passes for 497 yards and seven touchdowns despite splitting snaps with Eric Ebron. Ebron is no longer in town, leaving Freiermuth to operate as the team's clear No. 1 tight end.
