Pat Freiermuth Goes For 35 Yards Saturday
2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth caught both of his targets for 35 yards in a 16-15 preseason win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday. Freiermuth missed last week's preseason opener with a hamstring issue but he was feeling good enough to suit up against the Jags on Saturday evening. The second-year tight end was impressive as a rookie last season, catching 60 passes and seven touchdowns for the Steelers. Fantasy gamers who don't use an early-round pick on a tight end in drafts will want to keep Freiermuth in mind as a mid-round selection who has top-six tight end upside in 2022.
