7 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies relief pitcher Pat Neshek (forearm, shoulder) made 30 flat-ground throws on Monday. This was the first time Neshek has thrown a ball since being diagnosed with a right forearm strain a few weeks ago. He'll continue to work his way back, but Neshek is not expected to return until at least mid-June. Neshek is not worth holding in basically any leagues right now.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
