Patrick Corbin Goes Seven In Loss Tuesday
3 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Patrick Corbin was fairly effective Tuesday night against the Philadelphia Phillies, lasting seven innings while allowing four runs on six hits and a walk. He did yield three home runs, and he struck out eight batters. Corbin now has given up at least four earned runs in his last four starts, and in five of his last six. The loss drops his record on the year to 6-10. With a 5.74 ERA, Corbin offers very little fantasy upside, especially now that the team doesn't seem likely to win many games going forward.
