2 years agoKansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes played most of the first half in Saturday's preseason win over the Commanders. He was 12-for-19 fro 162 yards with a pair of touchdown passes to tight end Jody Fortson. Mahomes looked sharp for the second week in a row and appears to be ready for the regular season, so it would be a surprise to see much—if any—of him in the team's final preseason game.
