2 years agoChicago Cubs corner infielder Patrick Wisdom (finger) has been activated from the 10-day injured list on Saturday. The 31-year-old slugger missed a few weeks with a ring finger sprain on his left hand but he should be good to go for the remainder of the regular season. Wisdom owns a subpar .217/.311/.438 batting line but does have 22 home runs, 58 RBI, and seven stolen bases over 411 at-bats on the year. Second baseman Nick Madrigal (groin) was placed on the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
