2 years agoThe New England Patriots signed former Las Vegas Raiders and Miami Dolphins wide receiver Lynn Bowden Jr. to their practice squad on Thursday, according to a source. Bowden was one of the most versatile players in the country during his time at Kentucky, and he was a third-round pick by the Raiders in 2020. Despite his versatility, the 24-year-old hasn't been able to stick in the NFL yet and had 28 catches (37 targets) for 211 yards and no touchdowns in his only action for Miami in 2020. Head coach Bill Belichick could find some interesting ways to use Bowden, but for now he'll just serve as wideout depth behind Jakobi Meyers, DeVante Parker, Kendrick Bourne, Nelson Agholor and special teams ace Matthew Slater.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
