5 years agoNashville Predators goaltender Pekka Rinne posted his first shutout of the season on Thursday, keeping Minnesota at bay in a 4-0 win. The veteran goalie picked up 26 saves on his way to improving his record for the season to 6-0-1. Miikka Salomaki, Calle Jarnkrok, Craig Smith and Colton Sissons scored in the contest. Rinne might be 36, but he isn't showing any signs of slowing down, with his goals-against average currently at 1.98 and his save percentage at .931.
