3 years agoNew York Mets first baseman Pete Alonso is once again producing at an above-average rate at the plate. After hitting .262 with a .344 on-base percentage, 37 home runs, and three stolen bases in 637 plate appearances last season, Alonso is batting .270 with a .342 on-base percentage and eight home runs in 155 plate appearances so far in the 2022 campaign. The first baseman has hit fourth in each of his starts this year for the Mets and should continue to be one of fantasy baseball's elite options at his position for the rest of the season.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
