2 years agoNew York Mets first baseman Pete Alonso (hand) is in the lineup for his team's game against the Los Angeles Angels on Friday. Alonso was hit on the hand by a pitch on Tuesday but avoided any damage. The veteran slugger will play first base and bat fourth as the Mets gear up to take on Angels starter Jhonathan Diaz. Alonso is hitting .282 with 16 homers, 38 runs, 54 RBI, and one steal on the year. Fantasy managers will want to get Alonso inserted back into their starting lineups ahead of Friday night's first pitch.--Matt T - RotoBaller
