4 years agoCarolina Hurricanes goaltender Petr Mrazek will face the Florida Panthers on Tuesday in what will be his second game back from a two-month absence. The Czech netminder returned from a thumb injury in style on Sunday, stopping 28 shots in a 3-0 win over Dallas to post his third shutout for the year. He became the sixth goalie in the NHL's modern era (since 1943-44) to record a shutout in all of his first three wins of a season. Mrazek is 3-1-0 for the campaign with a 0.74 goals-against average and a .968 save percentage. These numbers are unsustainable, but you also can't back against a hot goalie, so Mrazek should automatically be a starter for your team.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
