6 years agoCarolina Hurricanes goaltender Petr Mrazek allowed three goals on 37 shots in Wednesday's 4-3 double-overtime victory in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against the defending-champion Washington Capitals. He wrapped up the first round with a 4-3-0 record, 2.54 goals-against average and .899 save percentage with one shutout, leading the Hurricanes to the second round against the New York Islanders. He went 0-1-1 with a 2.04 GAA and .900 save percentage in two starts against the Islanders during the regular season.--Daniel Dobish
