4 years agoCarolina Hurricanes goaltender Petr Mrazek battled his way to his second shutout of the season on Thursday, stopping 32 shots in a 1-0 win over Tampa Bay. Martin Necas scored the only goal in overtime with Jordan Staal and Dougie Hamilton grabbing the assists. Mrazek is off to an unbelievable start to the season, as this was only his third appearance of the year. He now boasts a 2-1-0 record with a 1.00 goals-against average and a .955 save percentage.
