6 years agoCarolina Hurricanes goaltender Petr Mrazek allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Game 6 victory against the Washington Capitals on Monday night in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. Mrazek entered the game 8-0-0 with a 0.99 goals-against average with a .966 save percentage in his previous eight starts, and he ran that record to 9-0-0. Now he'll try his hand in a Game 7 on the road against the Caps on Wednesday night. If he is to extend his solid run at home, he'll need to win that one and be much better than he was in Game 5 in D.C.--Daniel Dobish
