Peyton Barber Disappoints Yet Again
6 years agoBuccaneers running back Peyton Barber had another quiet game Sunday against Philadelphia. Barber finished the day with just 22 yards on 16 attempts and one catch for seven yards. While Barber's blocking is extremely valuable to the Bucs' offense, he hasn't been much of an asset fantasy-wise thus far. It's fair to blame matchups in these instances since the sample size is so small, but if Barber continues to be invisible, he is as good as waiver-wire fodder going forward. Barber's lack of involvement in the passing game is very worrisome as well. The Bucs' next matchup comes against the Pittsburgh Steelers who have been lackluster at best defensively.
