6 years agoWith the 14th overall pick in the 2018 NHL Draft, the Philadelphia Flyers have selected left wing Joel Farabee out of the US National Development Program. Farabee scored 33 goals and 43 assists for 76 points with the US National U18 team and is described as a solid defensive player with excellent hockey IQ. He will commit to Boston University for the 2018-2019 season. He has drawn comparisons to Jake Guentzel by scouts and will almost certainly be a future middle-six player for the Flyers. He should not be drafted in any redraft formats.--Caden Inaba
