6 years agoColorado Avalanche goaltender Philipp Grubauer recorded his first win of the season on Thursday, making 27 saves and finishing with a .900 save percentage in a 5-3 result versus the Devils. The German had a pretty poor team debut on Tuesday against Columbus, allowing four goals with a .882 save percentage, but he bounced back well and should now have some confidence moving forward.
