6 years agoColorado Avalanche goaltender Philipp Grubauer will face the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday night. Grubauer was magnificent in his last start against the Arizona Coyotes on November 23. He made 36 saves during a 5-1 win. The backup netminder has a 5-1-2 record to go along with a 3.07 goals-against average and .907 save percentage. Grubauer has not been great this season, but he has a nice matchup against a Penguins team on the second half of a back-to-back.
