3 years agoThe game between the Philadelphia Phillies and New York Mets scheduled for Friday has been postponed due to rain in the forecast. It will be made up on Saturday, Aug. 20. Friday's scheduled starting pitchers -- right-hander Max Scherzer for the Mets and right-hander Kyle Gibson for the Phillies -- will presumably be pushed back to Saturday's contest. The Phillies blew a six-run lead in the ninth inning to lose to their division rivals on Thursday night, so perhaps they could use the day off. Fantasy managers planning to start Scherzer or any other players from these two teams need to remove them from their starting lineups on Friday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
