3 years agoFree-agent wide receiver Phillip Dorsett visited the Houston Texans on Friday. The Texans are looking for some more receiver depth after Danny Amendola (knee) had surgery on his knee this week. The veteran slot man is looking at a potential four-week absence and will likely land on Injured Reserve. Dorsett has been active for three games this season -- one with the Jacksonville Jaguars and two with the Seattle Seahawks -- and was most recently cut from Seattle's practice squad on Tuesday. He caught his only target for three yards in Week 6 with the Seahawks. The 28-year-old would only be providing depth for one of the worst offenses in football if he signs in Houston. Brandin Cooks, rookie Nico Collins, Chris Conley and Chris Moore are the team's top four receivers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
