6 years agoThe Denver Broncos will be without All-Pro running back Phillip Lindsay (wrist) for their season finale in Week 17 against the Los Angeles Chargers. Lindsay suffered a wrist injury, possibly a scaphoid fracture, during his team's Week 16 loss to the Oakland Raiders. He is set to go for more testing during the week, but the injury is serious enough that he will not be playing on Sunday. Lindsay will also miss the Pro Bowl and possibly some off-season practices, but he is expected to ready by the start of training camp as of now. With Lindsay sidelined, expect Royce Freeman to be the team's workhorse back in Week 17. He makes for an interesting, cheap name in DFS contests and can be started as a low-end RB2 in any season-long leagues that play through Week 17.--Matt T - RotoBaller
