6 years agoDenver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay is seeking his third straight 100-plus yard rushing performance after amassing 267 rushing yards over the Broncos last two games. Lindsay has been one of the biggest surprises this season, and while the 49ers have allowed just one back to rush for more than 70 yards on the season (Melvin Gordon - 104 yards in Week 4), he's simply running too hot to avoid in lineups this week. Lindsay has put up an average of 111 scrimmage yards over his last six contests, leads all backs with at least 50 carries at 6.1 yards per, and should be viewed as matchup-proof until further notice.--Leonard Francis II
